Equipment for single or multilayer analysis that features a 50KHz photoelastic modulator for faster measurements, dual FUV-VIS monochromators for reduced stray light, and high resolution NIR monochromators with a wider spectral range up to 2100nm. New 75W excitation source and possibility of upgrades in terms of automation and spectral range. Higher spatial resolution thanks to the 2mm microspot. All this with the ability to work in-situ and ex-situ alternately.
